02.42Legendary Dwellers
Legendary Dwellers can be obtained via Cards found in Lunchboxes you unlock. These Dwellers will start at a high level and have 40 SPECIAL statpoints distributed between all of their stats. Legendary Dwellers come equipped with an Outfit and/or a Weapon, which you can also equip onto other Dwellers within your Vault.
There are a total of 21 Legendary Dwellers who are listed below.
NOTE: Legendary Dweller Preston Garvey from Fallout 4 became unlocakable via Lunchboxes June 30th 2015.
